One of Nigeria’s finest singers, Sound Sultan marks his18th year as a performer with a star-studded musical tagged ‘Jungle Story’ and we’ve got all the historic scoops for you.

The stage show featured a number of top Nigerian actors, comedians and musicians.
Renowned actor, Jimi Sholanke played the role of a narrator in the stage production.

‘Jungle Story’ took place at Terra Kulture from October 12 and 14th and it was historic.
The A-list celebrities who participated include Richard Mofe-Damijo, Wale Ojo, Ali Baba, Mr Ibu, Helen Paul, Kunle Afolayan, Reekado Banks, Seyi Shay, 2baba, Simi, Niniola, and Kate Henshaw.
Others are Basketmouth, Harrysong, Gbenga Adeyinka, Emmanuella, Ramsey Nouah, Bovi, Lasisi Elenu, MC Lively, Broda Shaggi, Segun Adefila, Falz, Okey Bakassi, Olamide and Baba Dee.
On his inspiration for the musical, Sound Sultan said: “Art, as they say, is the imitation of life and that’s exactly what the Jungle Story is about.
“It’s still the same story of the poor getting poorer and rich getting richer. I am trying to use my music and art to influence the society in a very creative way that will hold the audience spellbound.”
