Okay guys, did you know that singer, Post Malone’s first tattoo was ruined by Justin Bieber? LOL. Well, you are welcome. Malone recounted the experience on The Tonight Show on Monday and yea, we can tell he can’t forget that in a hurry.
Anyways the real gist is, his new single, “Sunflower,” will be used as the soundtrack on the upcoming animated film, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, which arrives December 14th. The 10-second preview featured a mix of skittering drums and airy synths, over which Post Malone crooned, “I’m so fired up/ You’re a sunflower/ I think your love would be too much.”
Speaking with Jimmy Fallon on the show, Malone also talked about his humble beginnings in the music industry and how he was learning Metallica covers on guitar.
According to him, a lot had happened to frustrate his efforts before his first sold-out song, “White Iverson”.
Well, as they say, good things do not come that easy. you have to work hard, fail a lot of times and stand up all the time. So yeas, his story is relatable.
Malone said: “We played basketball two days later and he knocked the whole thing off,” Post Malone said. “It was just blood dripping down my hand. It kind of looks like my tattoo got dropped in lava.”
Talking about how he celebrates every success in his career, Post said, “A meal at the Olive Garden”, funny dude you can tell. LOL. “From going platinum to going undefeated – 20 and 0 – in beer pong that night, we stay up and hit Olive Garden and celebrate right,” Post Malone said.
Finally, he revealed plans towards his forthcoming festival, ‘Posty Fest’
